A good cause
In 2000, Phil Wall founded WeSeeHope (previously HOPEHIV) after having met a little girl called Zodwa, orphaned by AIDS in South Africa.
Unable to adopt Zodwa, Phil and his wife, Wendy, decided to raise money to help many others like her. Fifteen years on, WeSeeHope is working in 185 communities across six African countries. Through care, protection, education and economic empowerment, the organisation sustainably supports 50,000 orphaned and isolated children every year.
As a means to support and further this cause, Phil also set up Signify Ltd, in 2000. Signify has helped raise millions of pounds and has engaged a number of significant and active supporters through its client base.
